I am ALWAYS Hungry!

I have always grown up eating lots! even though I have always been thin I could eat way more then people  thought I should be able to. Now my appetite has just GROWN! Never thought I could be more hungry then before I was pregnant. Between all the social media's and websites with Delicious food, trying to learn what is safe and isn't safe during pregnancy is one of the hardest things for me as a first time mother!!!

I have cut out ALL caffeine out of my diet, trust me even though I didn't drink coffee that was super hard! I drank lots of teas that had caffeine in them... Now its purely decaffeinated.

I am "google" searching every time I am not sure if I can eat this or that... I am still confused about Tuna Fish? Can I eat it? Should I eat it? If I can, what kinds are the best? Advice please...

Well after lots of searching I found a great site that made it easy to find Delicious foods, how much of each food group I should eat, and some amazing recipes! 

One that I found was 
 a basic trail mix that had:

1 cup your favorite Honey Bunches Of Oats Cereal ( I recommend with Almond Clusters)
1 cup of raisins, cran-raisins, or pomegranate raisins
1/2 of other dried fruit (Pineapple, bananas, apples)
1/2 of sun flower seeds
2 table spoons of Powder sugar
1 table spoon of brown sugar

Place in a zip lock bag and shake!

This snack is great at your desk, in the car, just watching a good movie, or reading a great book.
